Instructions:
Reports can be viewed on-line, downloaded as either
an Excel spreadsheet or a comma separated value
text (CSV) file or printed as an Adobe Portable
Document Format (PDF) file. DO NOT PRINT THE
ON-LINE VERSION.
Attendance Reports

Rate by District
Attendance rate is
based on the number of half-days of attendance
and half-days of absence reported at the end
of the school year. This data is collected
at the district level only.
- Average
Daily Membership Based Upon Attendance and
Residence (ADM)
Attendance and Residence enrollments are reported
by district and town for the following grade
levels: pre-school, kindergarten, elementary,
middle/junior high, and high school.
(This report is usually published in March
for the previous school year.)

Enrollment Reports

Class Size by District
Class size data was first collected for the
2001-2002 school year. This is a district
level report. The average class size is reported
for grades 1&2, 3&4, and 5-8.

for grades 1&2, 3&4, and 5-8.
- County Enrollments
by Grade
The
current year, five years previous and ten
years previous are reported. (Usually published

Preschool,
kindergarten, elementary, middle, junior high
and high school enrollments are reported by
district. (Usually published in March for
the current school year)
- High School Enrollments
Public enrollment in grades 9-12 is reported by school in the
following size ranges: 0-200, 201-300, 301-500,
501-1,000, and over 1,000. (Usually published
in March for the current school year)

Kindergarten enrollment is listed by school with school totals. (Usually
published in March for the current school
year)
- Districts Not Offering Kindergarten
Report of NH school districts not offering public kindergarten programs.

Enrollments

public school districts and two public academies.
