Schools/SAU Information


Viewing/Printing Instructions:
Reports can be viewed on-line, downloaded as either an Excel spreadsheet or a comma separated value text (CSV) file or printed as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file. DO NOT PRINT THE ON-LINE VERSION.


  • Download School and SAU Information
    Current information for all Schools and School Administrative Units in the State of New Hampshire including addresses, phone numbers and administrator names. This information can be used to create mailing labels or mailing lists.

      Instructions  for creating labels using Microsoft Access or Microsoft Word

    Notes for the creation of labels:
       (a) If you use a browser that is version 5.0 or less, you may get an error when trying to download in Excel the first time. If you click on "close" it will continue to download the data.
       (b) Some browser versions require the use of a right mouse click and 'Save Target As' option to download the files.
       (c) When trying to download data in text format, first click on the link, then save the document as a ".txt" file. This file can then be opened up in any application.
       (d) To get a list of School Administrative Offices, do a filter on "Superintendent" in the title field.
  • Distribution of New Hampshire Schools by Approval Status
    Counts for each of the last ten years are reported by elementary, middle, junior high, junior-senior high, middle-senior high and high schools are reported. (Usually published in August for the current school year)
