NH DOE Title II-A State Agency for Higher Education (SAHE)
The New Hampshire Department of Education Title II-A State Agency for Higher Education (SAHE) invites accredited New Hampshire institutions of higher education to respond to a request for proposals to provide professional development activities that will increase teacher knowledge of core subject matter and effective instructional strategies. Projects may also include the development of core content knowledge for principals and assistant principals to serve as effective school leaders. To respond to this request for proposals a partnership is required. Eligible partnerships must be comprised of at least (1) one institution of higher education (IHE) including its division that prepares teachers and principals, (2) one school of arts and sciences, and (3) one high-need local education agency (LEA). (§2131) The IHE will direct the project and serve as the fiscal agent. Deadline for proposals is 4:00 PM. on Tuesday, March 16, 2010.

Facility for RTI Cohort II Follow-Up Session
The State of New Hampshire, acting through the Department of Education (Department), is releasing this RFP to procure Vendor facilities in which the Department can conduct a two day conference for up to 200 people on July 8 & 9, 2010. Vendors must bid as specified. The proposal must address how the facility will meet all of the specifications identified and provide a detailed budget breakdown for all costs. Deadline: February 19, 2010, 4:30 PM (EST).
Supplemental Educational Services Providers Application Form
The NH Department of Education has developed an application form by which they will identify individuals and both private and public organizations that qualify to provide supplemental educational services. These services are designed to be in addition to a child's basic instruction, be provided outside of the regular school day and to be academic in nature. Title I Schools in Need of Improvement are required to provide supplemental services to students from low-income families. The Department anticipates that it will offer the opportunity for all entities to apply for approval approximately every six months.

21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) Program 
Applicants for 21st CCLC funds must be a collaborative between a local educational agency (LEA) and one or more community-based organizations (CBOs), faith-based organizations (FBOs), or other public or private entities and must primarily serve students who attend schools with a high concentration of economically disadvantaged students. The lead agency may be the school, district, CBO, FBO or other organization but must always partner with an eligible school.
The goal of the 21st CCLC program is to raise student academic achievement through the creation and expansion of community learning centers that provide students with academic enrichment opportunities as well as additional activities designed to complement their regular academic program. Centers can be located in elementary, middle or secondary schools or similarly accessible facilities. They provide a range of high quality services to support student learning and development, including tutoring and mentoring, homework help, academic enrichment (e.g., hands-on science or technology programs), and community service opportunities, as well as music, arts, sports, and cultural activities.
This funding applies to all schools with a minimum of 30% of the student population identified as recipients of the free/reduced lunch program as of October 2008. Middle and high schools are eligible if the majority of the feeder elementary schools are eligible.

Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Program Services
The New Hampshire Department of Education is currently seeking proposals from all interested applicants (community-based organizations, school districts, postsecondary institutions, faith-based organizations, agency collaboratives, etc.) to provide WIA program services to at-risk youth between the ages of fourteen (14) and twenty-one (21) years of age who meet economically disadvantaged eligibility requirements established by the Workforce Investment Act, Title I.
A completed application is due on or before 4:00 pm on February 4, 2009.

Statewide Longitudinal Data System RFP 2009-008
The NH Department of Education seeks Proposals to procure services to lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive longitudinal data warehouse and decision support system. This system will contain student, school, district, program, and policy data and will provide the NH Department of Education with the capacity to effectively use data to support the success of all students in New Hampshire. Deadline for proposal submission is 2:30 PM (EST) September 18, 2008 (Note: date changed from September 5, 2008 to September 18, 2008 per Addendum 2).
